These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the ASB Training website, courses, and related services. By accessing or purchasing a course from ASB Training, you agree to be bound by these terms.

ASB Training provides non-accredited workplace training and awareness courses designed to support internal training, induction, refresher training, and general knowledge development.

ASB Training is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

All courses provided by ASB Training are non-accredited and:

• Do not lead to a nationally recognised qualification
• Do not result in a Statement of Attainment under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)
• Are intended for general workplace awareness and internal training purposes only
   

Certificates issued are Certificates of Completion only and are not nationally recognised.

ASB Training courses do not constitute legal, safety, professional, or compliance advice.

While reasonable care is taken to ensure content accuracy, users and employers remain responsible for:

• Complying with applicable workplace laws and regulations
• Meeting site-specific safety requirements
• Providing appropriate supervision and task-specific training
   

ASB Training does not guarantee that completion of a course will satisfy regulatory, licensing, or audit requirements.

Courses are designed for:

• Workplace induction
• Refresher training
• Internal training records
• General safety and compliance awareness
   

They are not a substitute for:

• Accredited training
• Licensing requirements
• Formal competency assessments
• On-the-job supervision or instruction
   

When you purchase a course, you are granted a non-transferable, limited licence to access the content for personal or internal business use only.

You must not:

• Share login details
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials
• Use content for commercial resale or unauthorised training delivery
   

Certificates are issued upon successful course completion where applicable.

Certificates:

• Confirm participation and completion only
• Do not indicate competency, qualification, or accreditation
• May be used for internal training records and employer documentation
   

Training content is current at the time of development. Laws, regulations, and industry guidance may change over time.

ASB Training does not warrant that course materials reflect the most recent legislative changes and recommends users consult relevant regulators or industry authorities where required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASB Training is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from:

• Use or reliance on course content
• Incorrect application of information
• Failure to meet regulatory or workplace obligations
   

This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Due to the digital nature of our courses, refunds are not provided once access has been granted, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

ASB Training collects and handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy.

ASB Training may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or courses after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
