ASB Training provides online, non-accredited workplace training and awareness courses. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or cancellations may be considered.
All ASB Training courses are delivered digitally. Once course access has been granted, training materials and content are immediately available to the participant.
Due to the digital nature of our courses, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
ASB Training does not offer refunds for:
